On to a subject I am sensitive about, my body/ weight. I weigh in at 158 and am 5'4. This makes me overweight. So, what did I do? I bought zumba. Ive done it 3 times, and I love it. So far my daily workout consists of a 20 min. Class, and a 20 min. Party. Im not changing my eating habis yet. Anyways, ill keep you posted.
